Kevin Highland President Kevin started his consumer lending career in 1983 with Security Pacific Financial Services in Des Moines, Iowa. His last position in 1993 (after the acquisition from Bank of America) was Regional Vice President supervising 7 branches in Texas and Oklahoma. His next opportunity came as Vice President of Wholesale Lending with a Dallas Savings Bank. In 1996 he transferred back to Tulsa with Commercial Financial Services and supervised over 2,000 employees engaged in credit card servicing and collections. Kelly Highland Vice President Kelly started her career with Trans America Financial Services in Cleveland Ohio in 1986. She continued her career originating mortgages in the consumer finance industry in Tulsa starting in 1988. Kelly has held positions with Associates Financial Services and Ford Consumer as an Assistant Manager. She started work in 1996 for Commercial Financial Services in the HUD mortgage department negotiating payoffs and mortgage restructures Her willingness and dedication to working with all parties involved has yielded many production awards over the years. Richard Shanahan Senior Loan Officer Richard has been in the mortgage field for 25 years. He began his career with general electric credit corporation in 1974 in Kansas City, MO. He then moved on to Associates Financial Services Corporation as a branch sales manager and branch manager for 22 years. His career has touch on many facets of the mortgage industry. Carol Phillips Senior Loan Officer Carol began her banking career in 1978 at the Bank of Oklahoma. After 5 years, she moved to First National Bank of Jenks where she processed consumer and commercial loans for 10 years. Carol went to Oil Capital Federal Credit Union working in the loan department there for 3 years. Patti Vuocolo Senior Loan Officer Patti started in the Finance Industry in 1993 with FGB Realty Advisors, INC. A subsidary of First Nationwide Bank. Patti specialized in non-performing Freddie Mac, FHA/VA and Conventional Mortgages. Patti went to work for Commercial Financial Services in 1997 as a Senior Account Officer. Patti also worked with Benefical Oklahoma in the Consumer Loan Division. Patti has worked on both sides of the Mortgage Industry, which allows her to work well with people.
